Great Convention Swap Card!

Look at this Adorable Swap Card that I received at Stampin' Up! Convention 2009 of Oscar the Grouch!

This Card uses the Sizzix Big Shot and the Big Shot Frame Oval Scallop Die and Big Shot Clear Circle Die.  Oscar is made using a variety of punches including:

• 1 3/8" Circle Punch
  
• 1" Circle Punch
  
• Large Oval Punch
